Wright, Director of Community Development
Shawn Napier, City Engineer / Director of Public Works

SUBJECT: Site Plan for Bee Hive Homes

DATE: August 6, 2007

We have reviewed the site plan of the above-subject property and have found the following
issues that must be addressed:

1. The driveway to the dumpster has a radius that extends past the projected property
line and the depth of the driveway should allow for the sanitation truck to be off the
street when unloading the dumpster.
2. There is no design pavement report shown on the site plan; therefore, we recommend
that the new pavement for the added parking be at least the same thickness as the
existing parking lot to which it will adjoin.

With the exceptions listed above, the site plan contains all of the minimum required elements
to satisfy the City of Paris site plan requirements.

/lw

cc: Ernie Clark, Interim City Manager
Jim Nelson, Nelson Surveying
