The present economic development existing industry program will have to be expanded. <br />B. Within the next twelve months, all primary industry "type" businesses will be <br />identified. Staff from the economic development organization will have confidential PEDC June, 2008 <br />meetings with these businesses to determine what action the conununity can take to <br />encourage more employment. <br />2. The present economic development recruitment program will have to be expanded. <br />A. Within twelve months, the economic development staff will redesign the web PEDC June, 2008 <br />site reflecting the format of the IEDC data standards. <br />B. Within one year, a recruitment plan will be created and funding expanded. PEDC June, 2008 <br />C. Within two years, an expanded recruitment program should be initiated. PEDC June, 2009 <br />3. An economic development "Start-Up" program will have to be created. <br />A. Within one year, a plan will be developed to create an economic development Special Task Force June, 2008 <br />Start-Up Program which shall include funding sources. <br />B. Within two years the PEDC will begin to coordinate the acquisition of the PEDC June, 2009 <br />incubator and implement the Start-Up Program. <br />C. Within two years, sources of venture or start-up capital should be identified. Special Task Force June, 2009 <br />D.
