<br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />COX FIELD AIRPORT TERMINAL <br />MEETING ROOM <br />PARIS. TEXAS <br />THURSDAY. APRIL 19. 2007 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK PM <br /> <br />1. The Airport Advisory Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Vie <br />Ressler at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Vie Ressler <br />Glen Chapman <br />Bill Boothe <br />Jack Ashmore <br />Billy Copeland, Ex-Officio <br /> <br />The following members were absent: <br />Andrew Fasken <br />Ronnie Ballard <br />Harry Michalewicz <br /> <br />B. Also present was Lisa Wright, Airport Director; Jerry Richey, Airport <br />Manager; and Pete Kampfer, Chamber CEOIPEDC Director. <br /> <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. Minutes of the March 15, 2007, <br />meeting were approved as presented. <br /> <br />3. Discussion of and possible action on recommending a Waiting List Policy to <br />the City Council for adoption. After discussion, the Commission agreed upon <br />the following provisions for the policy: <br /> <br />1. The waiting list will be maintained at the Airport Manager's Office. <br />2. The waiting list will be maintained by the Airport Manger. <br />3. Hangars will not go with a plane when it sells or if ownership changes. <br />If a tenant sells his plane, he has three months to put another plane in <br />the hangar or he loses it and the hangar goes to the next person on the <br />waiting list. <br />4. In order to get hangar, a person must provide copy of ownership <br />information on the plane. <br />5. If the plane has co-owners and one sells, the remaining co-owner does <br />not lose the hangar. <br />6. If a person turns down a hangar that he said he would take, then his <br />name will move to the bottom of the waiting list. If he takes a hangar <br />but still wants a larger one, his name goes to the bottom of the list. <br />7. There will no swapping of hangars between tenants allowed. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve by Bill Boothe, seconded by Glen Chapman. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />
