Contractor shall require any person who q <br />receives a subcontract to file the same declaration, certification, and disclosure with ~e <br />Division Contract Management Unit assigned to the Contract. Contractor shallcfil u on <br />declaration, certification, and disclosure at the time of application for the contra , p <br />execution of a contract unless Contractor previously filed a declaration, certification, or <br />disclosure form in connection with the award; and at the end of each calendar quarter d <br />which there occurs any event that materially affects the accuracy of the information containe <br />in any declaration, certification, or disclosure previously filed. <br />Section 13.03 Conflict of Interest. Contractor represents to the Department that it does ~e <br />have nor shall it knowingly acquire any interest that would conflict in any manner with <br />erformance of its obligations under this Contract.
