General Provisions. ARTICLE X NOTICE REQUIItEMENTS. Section 10.01 Child Abuse Reporting Requirement. Section 10.02 Significant Incidents. In addition to notifying the appropriate authorities, Contractor shall report to the Division Contract Management Um~t assigned to the Program Attachment significant incidents involving ded ctlients disruption of program operation or potentially affecting Department fun or participants within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery. section 10.03 Litigation. Contractor shall notify the Division Contract Management Unit assigned to the Program Attachment of litigation related to or affecting this Contract and to which Contractor is a party within seven (7) calenddto days of becoming aware of such a proceeding. This includes, but is not hmite an action, suit or proceeding before any court or governmental body, incluoi eg environmental and civil rights matters, professional liability, and empl y litigation. Notification shall include the names of the parties, nature of the litigation and remedy sought, including amount of damages, if any. Section 10.04 Action Against the Contractor.
