Section 4. That the sum of $133,898 is hereby appropriated out of the Water & Sewer Fund for the payment of operating expenses and capital outlay of the City Government as follows: 10-0412-83-00 Water Lines 10-0412-85-00 Sewer Lines Total Water & Sewer $ 66,949 $ 66.949 $ 133,898 Section 5. That the sum of $1 ,874,681 is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund for the payment of capital outlay of the City Government as follows: Transfers from the General Fund Transfer of $1 ,250,000 to the Capital Projects Fund to establish an equipment replacement fund. Transfer of $305,000 to the Capital Projects Fund to partially payoff the General Fund portion of a lease-purchase agreement. Transfer of $319,681 to the Capital Projects Fund to purchase capital items Section 6. That all provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, and all other provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris not in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect. Section 7. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Paris that this ordinance, and every provision hereof, shall be considered severable, and the invalidity or partial invalidity of any section, clause, or provisions of this ordinance shall not affect the validity of any other portion of this ordinance. Section 8. That this ordinance shall be and remain in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the City Council of the City of Paris and publication as required by law.
