ORDINANCE N0. 2007-026 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT- COMMERCIAL CENTER (PD-al), PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY THE ADOPTION OF ZONING ORDINANCE N0, 2007-013, FOR LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 318, CITY OF PARIS, LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on July 9, 2007 the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas, adopted Ordinance No. 2007-013, establishing a Planned Development District- Commercial Center (PD-al) on Lot 7 City Block 318, City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, more particularly described in the aforesaid ordinance; and, WHEREAS, a site plan for the above referenced property, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", has been submitted to the City for review and approval; and WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the proposed site plan and determined that it meets City zoning and building requirements and recommends the site plan for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That the site plan for Lot 7, City Block 318, City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" be and the same is hereby, approved. Section 3. All provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, and all other provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris not in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect. Section 4. The repeal of any ordinance or part of ordinances affected by the enactment of this ordinance shall not be construed as abandoning any action now pending under or by virtue of such ordinance or as discontinuing, abating, modifying, or altering any penalty accruing or to accrue, or as affecting any rights of the municipality under any section or provisions of any ordinance at the time of passage of this ordinance.
