Status report related to properties on which the Commission has previously issued <br />orders. Lisa Wright reported that she had received two estimates on the demolition of Cas a <br />Bonita, and that the demolition cost, when added with the landfill cost, could reach close to <br />$1,000,000. She reminded the Commission that she had been holding on to the balance of <br />the demolition funds budgeted in the event they might be needed to help tear down the <br />buildings; however, she stated that, what was left in the budget would not make a dent in the <br />total cost, so she was going to go ahead and prepare the packet to start taking bids for city- <br />wide demolitions. She advised that the Commission should start seeing tear downs again <br />within the next 30 to 60 days. <br /> <br />5.
