<br />Agreement No. <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />The Event will be located on the Plaza in Downtown Paris. <br />Paris is located in Lamar County and the highways to be closed consist of:' <br />State Highway 19/24, Business 82, and Business 271. <br /> <br />The Limits of closure will be 1 block every direction from the plaza. <br /> <br />We want to close down the streets starting at 10:30 am Saturday, December 1 and open the <br />streets back up at 11 :30 pm on Saturday, December 1. <br /> <br />This will be a performance by Cas Haley and his band Wood belly. The performance will be <br />free to the public and the first time Cas has performed in Paris since his runner up finish in <br />the nationally televised TV. show America's Got Talent.
