Wright, Director of Community Development <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Zoning Change Requests <br /> <br />DATE: October 24, 2007 <br /> <br />The following zoning change request will be presented at the November 5, 2007, meeting <br />of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the November 12,2007, meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Paris for consideration: <br /> <br />1. Omega Healthcare Investors is requesting that the property located on a 6.5708 acre tract of <br />land, being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, Abstract No. 786, and being number 2885 <br />Stillhouse Road, be rezoned from an Agricultural District (A) to a Multiple-Family Dwelling <br />District No.2 (MF -2).
