<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zing ommlSSlOn <br /> <br /> <br />Shawn Napier, <br />City Engineer I <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: PETCO Plaza <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Provide a contact person for PETCO. <br />2. Change the plat name to "PETCO Plaza 133". <br />3. Change the Block from 1 to A. <br />4. Show the existing zoning as Commercial. <br />5. Show the existing six-inch sewer main along the south property line as a sewer force <br />mam. <br />6. Provide elevation contours. <br />7. Provide a five (5) foot utility easement along the north property line. <br />8. Submit the civil site work construction plans to the Engineering Department for review <br />along with the corrected preliminary plat. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Kevin Carruth, City Manager <br />Lisa Wright, Director of Community Development <br />Michael Clover, R.P.L.S., Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers <br /> <br />_._~ T rT- <br />
