<br />DRAFT <br /> <br />f:attorneylresworklcurrent\LCAD Board Vote 2007 <br />October 30, 2007 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />TEXAS, CASTING THE CITY OF PARIS'S 855 VOTES FOR <br />MEMBERSHIP ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAMAR <br />COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND <br />PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been furnished a list of the candidates <br />for membership on the Board of Directors of the Lamar County Appraisal District; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of casting the City of Paris's 855 votes for <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things <br />approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the City of Paris's 855 votes be, and the same are hereby, cast for <br />as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lamar County <br /> <br />Appraisal District. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to execute the City of Paris's <br />ballot and deliver the same to the Lamar County Appraisal District. <br /> <br />Section 4.
