Third and final reading of an ordinance granting to David Thompson, <br />d/b/a Lone Star Cab Company, a franchise to use the public streets, <br />alleys, and highways of the City of Paris for the purpose of transporting <br />passengers for hire in motor vehicles. <br /> <br />D. Amending Section 16-22 Definitions, Section 16-23(e) Storage <br />Containers, Section 16-25(d) and (e) Rules for placement of bags or <br />bundles for residential collection, and Section 16-27(b), (c), and (e) <br />Disposal of bulk items from residential units, of Chapter 16, Article II <br />Regulation of the collection of solid waste of the Code of Ordinances <br />of the City of Paris. <br /> <br />E. Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris by adding <br />Sections 18-25 and 18-26, to Chapter 18, Article II Municipal Court; <br />providing for authorization for Code Inspectors to issue citations and <br />creating the offense of Failure to Appear. <br /> <br />F. Amending the Traffic Control Map for the City of Paris as adopted by <br />Section 31-65(b) of the Paris Code of Ordinances, to remove a traffic <br />control signal at the intersection of North Main Street (BU271) and <br />Provine Street. <br /> <br />G. Amending the Traffic Control Map for the City of Paris as adopted by <br />Section 31-65(b) of the Paris Code of Ordinances to add a stop sign at <br />the intersection of Stone Avenue and the Roadway into the North Lamar <br />Campus, stopping traffic leaving North Lamar campus at Stone Avenue. <br /> <br />9. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: <br /> <br />A. Allocation of votes for nominees for membership on the Board of <br />Directors of the Lamar County Appraisal District. <br /> <br />B. Creating the Sulphur River Regional Mobility Authority (SURMA) and <br />approving appointments of members to the Board of Directors. <br /> <br />C. Accepting for dedication an off-site Utility Easement associated with <br />the development of Lot 1, Block A, Main Street 250 Addition located at <br />2240 N.
