Wright, Director of Community Development <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Zoning Change Requests <br /> <br />DATE: November 20, 2007 <br /> <br />The following zoning change request will be presented at the December 3, 2007, meeting of <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission and the December 10,2007, meeting ofthe City Council of <br />the City of Paris for consideration: <br /> <br />1. Al Green is requesting that the property located on Lot 12, Block C, East Park Addition, <br />being number 951 E. Hickory Street, be rezoned from a Neighborhood Service District (NS) <br />to a General Retail District (GR). The Comprehensive Plan recommends that this property <br />be zoned Moderate Density Residential. <br /> <br />cc: City Attorney's Office <br />
