<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: The Hills, Phase V <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Provide a contact person for the Owner. <br />2. Increase the text size on all Right-of-Way (ROW) labels. <br />3. Add a five-foot utility easement adjacent to the 100-foot TXU easement on Lot 4 in <br />BlockG. <br />4. Add a lO-foot utility easement splitting the common lot line of lots 8 and 9 of Block K <br />and extending 300-feet from the 33rd Street ROW. <br />5. Remove the concrete channel details that are shown on lot 5 of Block K.
