Amending Section XIII of Ordinance No. 1315, the Subdivision Regulations of <br />the City of Paris, to add provisions permitting owners or developers to post <br />financial security to guarantee construction of public improvements to <br />subdivisions in lieu of actually completing the construction of those <br />improvements as a condition to approval of the final map or plat of the <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />B. Amending Section 15-1 Definition, and Section 15-2 Duration Limi~ed of <br />Chapter 15, Garage Sales, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, <br />amending the definition for a garage sale and providing for limited duration <br />and frequency. <br /> <br />C. Authorizing and allowing, under the Act governing the Texas Municipal <br />Retirement System, "Updated Service Credits" in said system for service <br />performed by qualifying members of such system who presently are in the <br />employment of the City of Paris, Texas. <br /> <br />D. Providing for, under the Act governing the Texas Municipal Retirement <br />System, increased prior and current service annuities for retirees and <br />beneficiaries of deceased retires of the City of Paris. <br /> <br />E. Imposing a one hundred eighty (180) day moratorium on issuing permits on <br />manufactured housing within the corporate limits ofthe City of Paris to allow <br />time for development and review of regulations. <br /> <br />F. Establishing a construction speed on State Loop 286 in the corporate limits <br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, during the Texas Department of <br />Transportation's construction Project STP2006(751). <br /> <br />11. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: <br /> <br />A. Affirming the City's desire to keep the signal light at the intersection of North <br />Main Street and Provine Street and requesting Texas Department of <br />Transportation to continue to operate and maintain said signal light in <br />accordance with State and local law. <br /> <br />B. Authorizing the expenditure of $37,727.84 to Wayest Safety, Inc. for the <br />purchase of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatuses (SCBA), oxygen <br />canisters, and voice amplifiers for use in the Fire Department. <br />
