<br />Yvonne Bowers - 228 28th Street N.E. - Ms. Bowers stated she agrees with the <br />statements that have been made by Ms. Dunne and Ms. Colson. Parking will <br />be in their front yard. She further request a privacy fence around property so <br />they will have privacy. <br /> <br />Virginia Hampton - 238 28th Street N.E. - Ms. Hampton stated she lives across <br />from property. She also said when her son gets a truck they will have no <br />where to park and someone will have to give. <br /> <br />Louis Yates, Jr. - Contractor - Regarding privacy fence there are three <br />businesses on 28th street without privacy fence. Have reduced the building <br />to 1300 square feet heated and air conditioned with 940 square feet of <br />warehouse and 120 square feet of porch area. He stated Shawn Napier said <br />parking space for every 200 square foot of parking. <br /> <br />Kyle McCarley asked what is space used for? <br /> <br />Louis Yates said it will be art studio, not a donut shop anymore. <br /> <br />Chester Martindale asked why that large a storage area? <br /> <br />Terry Christian said she buys framing equipment and they build them in the <br />warehouse. <br /> <br />Louis Yates stated she has machinery she will put in warehouse. <br /> <br />Terry Christian asked on revised site plan has drive thru been removed? <br /> <br />Chester Martindale also asked why drive thru? <br /> <br />Louis Yates stated drive thru still there although donut shop not going in. He <br />said Screen Graphics has three parking spaces and Collegiate street is on- <br />street parking. <br /> <br />Rodney Bass stated anyon-street parking on Collegiate is hazardous. Three <br />on-street on 28th and three off-street on Collegiate. <br /> <br />Kyle McCarley stated three rear parking spaces will be employees mainly. <br /> <br />Louis Yates said the only employees are her and her husband. <br /> <br />Howard Corriston stated drive thru traffic could cause congestion on 28th <br />street for residents. <br /> <br />Chester Martindale asked if no donut shop then why the drive thru? <br /> <br />Louis Yates said he didn't know. The dumpster will be a small one located at <br />the rear of the property. <br /> <br />Ms. Hampton stated this will effect her drastically, because she is right behind <br />it. <br /> <br />Terry Christian stated he will abstain from the vote. <br /> <br />"r <br />
