MINUTES REGULAR MEETING CITY OF PARIS BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT CITY OF PARIS - CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS 107 E. KAUFMAN STREET PARIS. TEXAS TUESDA V. NOVEMBER 13. 2007 12:00 O'CLOCK P.M. 1. The Board of Adjustment meeting was called to order by Chairman Terry Christian at 12:00 p.m. A. The following members were present: Terry Christian Kyle McCarley Rodney Bass Chester Martindale Howard Corriston David Glass B. The following members were absent: Alternates: Louis Vates C. Also present was Lisa A. Wright, Community Development Director. 2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. Motion to approve the minutes of the August 23, 2007, meeting was made by David Glass, seconded by Kyle McCarley. Motion carried 6-0. 3. Public hearing to consider the petition of Alpha Lake, Ltd. to grant a variance of Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, Section 10-102, to modify the required parking from one space for every 200 square feet of Shopping Center building floor area to one space for every 250 square feet of Shopping Center building floor area on Lots 3 and 4 and part of Lot 6B, City Block 287, being number 3552 Lamar A venue (Mirabeau Square Shopping Center). Public hearing was declared open. Leroy Snow - Mirabeau Square Shopping Center - spoke in favor of the petition. Public hearing declared closed 4. Lisa Wright stated have never complied, working to clean up record. Motion was made to approve parking variance by Chester Martindale, seconded by David Glass. Motion carried 6-0.
