CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Freelen inquired if there were any items that Council Members wanted to pull from <br />the Consent Agenda for discussion. Council Member Biard asked that the minutes of December 10, <br />2007, be corrected to reflect he left the room during discussion and the vote on item 9, and that he <br />returned to the room after the vote. Subject to the correction, Council Member Wilson made a <br />Motion to approve the Consent Agenda and Council Member Fisher seconded the Motion.
