Experience in community development. <br />Considerable meeting and group facilitation skills. <br />Ability to develop and evaluate policy and procedures. <br />Ability to plan and conduct effective meetings. <br />Ability to develop grant-writing skills. <br />Ability to develop basic literature and handouts utilizing standard software. <br />Ability to complete identified Community Health Worker training sessions through DSHS <br />within two (2) years of hiring. <br />Ability to coordinate activities with the Paris-Lamar Countv Health Denartment. <br />VII. ENVIRONMENTAL/HAZARD DEMANDS OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: <br />Hours - Regular hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 12 a.m. and 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. <br />Irregular hours - approximately 10 <br />Travel - local (mostly) <br />Possible hazards include: <br />Exposure to cold, dampness, noise, heat, humidity, smoke, fumes, gases, dust, mites, <br />blood, fluids, waste, vibration, abrasives, solvents, grease, oil, combustibles, asbestos, silica, <br />pesticides. <br />VIII.
