CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Freelen inquired if there were any items that Council Members wanted to pull from <br />the Consent Agenda for discussion. Council Member Biard asked that the minutes of December 10, <br />2007, be corrected to reflect he left the room during discussion and the vote on item 9, and that he <br />returned to the room after the vote. Subject to the correction, Council Member Wilson made a <br />Motion to approve the Consent Agenda and Council Member Fisher seconded the Motion. The <br />Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed to approve and adopt the Consent Agenda, Items 1 OA, <br />10B(1), 10B(2), 10B(3), 1013(4), 10B(5), 10B(6), 10B(7), 1013(8), 10B(9), IOC, 10D(1), 101)(2), <br />lOD(3), lOD(4) and 101)(5) as follows: <br />A.
