Wright, Director of Community Development <br />SUSJECT: Zoning Change Requests <br />DATE: January 22, 2008 <br />The following zoning change request will be presented at the February 4, 2008, meeting of <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission and the February 11, 2008, meeting of the City Council of <br />the City of Paris for consideration: <br />1. Paris Independent School District is requesting that the property located on Lot l, City Block <br />351, being number 2255 S. Collegiate Drive, be rezoned from an Agricultural District (A) <br />to a Public Lands and Institution District (PLI). The Comprehensive Plan recommends that <br />this property be zoned Office/Institutional. <br />cc: City Attorney's Office <br />
