Old Casa Bonita Apartments, Paris, Texas <br />V. Conclusions <br />During the inspection the following materials were determined to be non-asbestos by the <br />licensed inspector: <br />a. Fiberglass batting insulation ceilings <br />b. Fiberglass insulation walls <br />c. HVAC duct work insulation <br />d• HVAC flex joint (vibration damper) <br />e. Fiberglass piping insulation pipe runs <br />A copy of this report should be kept on location during any renovation work and should <br />be made available to any contractors working on location. These records should also be <br />made available for inspection by the Texas Department of State Health Services or by <br />local building officials. <br />For compliance with the EPA NESHAPS Standard, a notification of demolition should be <br />filed with the Texas Department of State Health Services. This notification should be <br />filed at least ten working days prior to commencement of demolition. <br />Following the inspection, the following materials were found to be asbestos containing: <br />a) <br />White 12"X12" Floor Tile <br />b) <br />Black Mastic <br />c) <br />Joint Compound <br />d) <br />Wall Texture <br />JOB # CS06239 <br />
