Clarksville, in the amounts shown on the attached bid documents, is hereby accepted as the <br />lowest responsible bid which provides the best value to the City and the contract for these <br />locations is hereby let conditioned upon said contractor entering into a contract with the City <br />of Paris and satisfying all of the terms and conditions included in the bid documents attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Section 3. That the bid of K& B Lawn Care, for furnishing labor, materials, and <br />equipment and for performing all work required for grounds maintenance (mowing) on the <br />remaining thirty-seven (37) locations, in the amounts shown on the attached bid documents, <br />is hereby accepted as the lowest responsible bid which provides the best value to the City and <br />the contract for these locations is hereby let conditioned upon said contractor entering into <br />a contract with the City of Paris and satisfying all of the terms and conditions included in the <br />bid documents attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />Section 4. That, if either of the low bidders referenced herein are unable to enter into <br />a contract with the City of Paris or are unable to satisfy the tenns and conditions of the bid <br />documents, then a contract shall be awarded to the next low bidder, K&G Lawn Care & <br />Landscaping as the altemate low bid, for furnishing labor, materials, and equipment and for <br />performing all work required for grounds maintenance (mowing) on the twenty-nine (29) <br />locations, in the amounts shown on the attached altemate bid documents, is hereby accepted <br />as the lowest responsible bid which provides the best value to the City and the contract for <br />these locations is hereby let conditioned upon said contractor meeting all of the terms and <br />specifications included in the bid documents attached hereto as Exhibit C. <br />Section 5. That, if it is necessary to use the altemate bid award, the bid of Powell <br />Landscaping will then include two (2) additional locations, being the Fire Field and 2200 <br />Blk. College St. as shown on the attached altemate bid tabulation. <br />Section 6. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to <br />negotiate and execute all necessary documents for the grounds maintenance (mowing) on <br />City of Paris parks and facilities with the successful low bidders as indicated herein. <br />Section 7.
