18. The City of Paris reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to award the bid as may be most advantageous to the City. 19. The mowing of all sites shall include the mowing and trimming of all grass and weeds within each area. 20. All property to be mowed will be on mowing list contained in packet. 21. Alternate mowing service may be revised by the City Representative as conditions warrant. 22. Clippings shall not be blown into the street or roadway. Any excessive grass clippings causing piles or wind rows in parks are required to be raked up and removed 23. Care shall be taken to protect trees and shrubs from damage by mowing and trimming equipment. 24. Turf type tires will be mandatory on all equipment to avoid turf damage and rutting. Bidders must use the attached bid form. A pre-bid conference will be conducted on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 3:00 pm in the City of Paris Council Chambers located at 107 E. Kaufinan, St., Paris, Texas 75460 (The pre-bid conference is not mandatory.)
