Gai( Uarity made the seGOnd. <br />New Business: The minutes were read from the last V S~ GC meetin~, and approved as re~d. <br />Helen Short made the motion ta approve the minutes, ~nd Mike Pa~~erson made the <br />Second, <br />Discussion to change the size of the Visitor's Guid~ was brought before the <br />go~rd. It has been r2rdmmended tha~ our Visit~r's Guide would be more <br />professional in a lar~~r f~rm~t, such as the 8! by 11 size instead of the 5 by 7 size <br />th~t we currently have. <br />This uvill be ~ better marketing taol to use in promoting Paris. <br />Pete mad~ the motian ta apprave th~ by 11 Visitor's guide, and 8obby W~(ters <br />m~de the second. <br />Bobby Walters made ~ suggestion that we write a I~tter ~f ~ppreciation to <br />Richard Manning for the ye~rs pf service on the V& CC B~ard, ~nd as Chairman. <br />George Kimbrou~h mad~ th~ motipn t~ approve this request, ~nd Mike Patterson <br />made the second. <br />R~y Gwinn made th~ motion to adjourn the meeting, and Mary Ann Fisher made the secand, <br />Respectfully, <br />Beclcy S~mp ~ <br />
