L. 459 and 465 1st Street N.E.; Lot 7, City Block 77 -Motion was made by Lucius <br />Joe, Jr., seconded by Vicki Ballard, to allow 30 days to demolish. If the property is <br />not demolished within 30 days, the City may demolish, with a $1,000 per day civil <br />penalty. Motion carved unanimously. <br />M. 1024 7 '/ Street N.E.; Part of Lot 4, Block 3, Pickard Addition -Motion was <br />made by Harrell Tippitt, seconded by Lucius Joe, Jr., to allow 30 days to demolish. <br />If the property is not demolished within 30 days, the City may demolish, with a <br />$1,000 per day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />N. 1549 E. Grove; West 50' of Lot 14 and Lot 16, Block 5, Harlan Heights Addition <br />- Motion was made by David Nabors, seconded by Vicki Ballard, to allow 90 days <br />to demolish. If the property is not demolished within 90 days, the City may <br />demolish, with a $1,000 per day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />O. 2630 Pine Bluff; Lot 13, City Block 255-A -Motion was made by David Nabors, <br />seconded by Harrell Tippitt, to allow 90 days to repair or demolish. If the repairs are <br />not made within 90 days, the City may demolish, with a $1,000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Q. 1274 17th Street S.E.; Lot 4, Block 14, Gibbons-Braden Addition -Motion was <br />made by David Nabors, seconded by Chris Brown, to allow 30 days to repair or <br />demolish. If the repairs are not made within 30 days, the City may demolish, with <br />a $1,000 per day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />4. Status report related to properties on which the Commission has previously issued <br />orders.
