have thirty (30) days from the date of termination to remove the 12'x24' metal roofed structure from <br />the Leased Premises. Any fixed, temporary or other structures, equipment or personal property <br />belonging to LESSEE which remains on the Leased Premises thirty (30) days following termination <br />of the Lease shall be deemed abandoned by LESSEE and shall become the property of LESSOR and <br />may be sold or disposed of by LESSOR as LESSOR sees fit. <br />13. TERMINATION <br />Either party may, at its option, terminate this lease for convenience by giving the other party <br />thirty (30) days notice, in writing, of its intention to terminate. Upon termination of this Lease, <br />LESSEE shall be allowed a reasonable period of time to vacate the Property and to remove any <br />temporary structures, equipment or personal property owned by LESSEE from the Leased Premises. <br />Any structures, equipment or personal property remaining on the Leased Premises following the <br />expiration of thirty (3 0) days after termination of the Lease will be presumed abandoned and may be <br />disposed of by LESSOR. <br />14.
