MEMORANDUIVI <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, . <br />City Engineer / i ect r of Public Works <br />DATE: May 2, 2008 <br />SUBJECT: Petco Plaza 313 <br />I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions: <br />l. Change the plat name to "Petco Plaza 313". <br />2. Provide a minimum finished floor for each proposed building. a <br />3. Provide a dedication statement for the owner to sign. ~ <br />4. Provide the approval certification language for the signature block. <br />5.
