DRAFT <br />Attorney\ordwork\current\Site Plan Ord - Holiday [nn Express 2008 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, <br />APPROVING AN AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br />DISTRICT- COMMERCIAL CENTER (PD-a1), PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED <br />BY THE ENACTMENT OF ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 2007-013, PART OF <br />LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 381, 1VOW BEING LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK A OF THE <br />SAGESTAR HOLDINGS LTD 318 ADDITION, LOCATED AT 3025 NE LOOP <br />286, PARIS, TEXAS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS <br />RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF <br />ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, on July 9, 2007, the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas enacted <br />Ordinance No. 2007-013, establishing a Planned Development District-Retail Commercial <br />Center (PD-a1) on Part of Lot 7 City Block 381, now being Lots 1 and 2, Block A of the <br />Sagestar Holdings Ltd 318 Addition located at 3025 NE Loop 286, Paris, Texas as described <br />in the aforesaid ordinance (hereinafter the "Property"); and, <br />WHEREAS, Sagestar Holdings Ltd has filed an Amended Site Plan for the Property <br />in connection with their plans to build a Holiday Inn Express and Comfort Suites on the <br />Property; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Amended Site Plan as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto, has been <br />reviewed by the City Engineer and Community Development Director and is hereby <br />submitted to City Council for approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby <br />in all things approved. <br />Section 2. That the amended site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lots 1 and <br />2, Block A, Sagestar Holdings Ltd 318 Addition, located at 3025 NE Loop 286, attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, be and the same is hereby, approved. <br />Section 3. All provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas in conflict with <br />the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, and all other provisions of the ordinances <br />of the City of Paris not in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />Section 4. The repeal of any ordinance or part of ordinances affected by the <br />enactment of this ordinance shall not be construed as abandoning any action now pending <br />- 0 U50 <br />
