gold leaf with black shadow, and all lettering proposed will be made <br />from the same materials. <br />Ms. Pickering further stated that Uptown Properties will remove <br />existing exterior lettering on the top of the building and replace it with <br />Uptown Center lettering in copper with gooseneck lights in black. Paul <br />Denney stated the lights may not fit as proposed. Ms. Pickering <br />continued with the suspended sign, which will be attached between 30 <br />and 34 Clarksville and will consist of iron with wood panels and gold <br />leaf lettering. The suspended sign will have an eight foot clearance. <br />Arvin Starrett asked if she could provide something better as to what <br />the top sign and the lights will look like. Motion was made by Paul <br />Denney, seconded by Nancy Partridge, to approve all except the top <br />sign, which was tabled. Motion carried 7-0. <br />4. Discussion of and possible acfion regarding the following structure <br />considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article l/l of Chapter 7 of <br />the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled <br />"Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to determine <br />whether such structure can be rehabilitated and designated on the National <br />Register of Historic P/aces, as a recorded Texas Hisforic Landmark, or as <br />historic property as designated by the City Council of the City of Paris: <br />A. 540 Wilburn Drive <br />B. <br />503 and 513 13th Street N.E. <br />C. <br />519-529-553 13th Street N.E. <br />D. <br />860 13fh Street N.E. <br />E. <br />370 6th Street N.E. <br />F. <br />440 3rd Street S.W. <br />G. <br />358 4th Street N.W. <br />H. <br />513 4th Street N.W. <br />l. <br />606 5th Street N.
