AUTOMOBILE BURGLARY 8c THEFT PREVENTION AUTHORITY <br />PROGRAM NARRATIVE <br />4. Proposed Evaluation Design (See Instructions on page 18) <br />The Task Force sergeant will meet monthly with the Chiefs of Police, Sheriffs, and Prosecutors in the coverage area in an effort <br />to provide ongoing evaluation of the program. The statistical data used for the evaluation is as follows: <br />1) Number of auto theft cases <br />2) Number of auto theft related cases <br />3) Number of auto theft cases presented to and accepted by the prosecutor of each county <br />4) Number of seizure cases <br />5) Number of vehicles, parts, or other property that is recovered <br />6) Number of salvage yards, car dealers, and repair shops inspected <br />7) Number of vehicles inspected <br />8) Number of training classes presented to officers <br />9) Number of agencies assisted <br />70) Number of public awareness presentations <br />The Task Force members meet weekly with the Criminal Investigation Divisions of agencies in our coverage area.
