Additional Price for the following combinations: <br />Buildings 1 and 2 oniv <br />Buildings L 2, and 3 oni-, <br />All Buildina. <br />NOTE: Alternative methods of bidding are recommended and will allow the CITY to <br />determine all possible combinations of demolition. Please attach alternative proposals on <br />company letterhead, explaining the bidding methodology in detail. Alternatives could <br />include different grouping of structures than as requested above, addition of structures <br />within the Casa Bonita Apartment complex which are not specifically listed herein, or <br />alternative demolition methods, so long as such methods are in compliance will a11 <br />application local, state, and federal regulations governing the demolition of structures <br />containing regulated asbestos-containing materials (RACM). <br />Number of buildings to be demolished is not guaranteed <br />5. BIDDER agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within six (6) months after <br />the date when the Contract Time commences to run. If the Bid is awarded for fewer than <br />the four buildings designated by the Director of Community Development, all work must <br />be substantially complete within ninety (90) days per building. <br />6. BIDDER accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to liquidated damages in the event of <br />failure to complete the Work on time. <br />7. The following documents are attached to and made a condition of this BID: <br />(a) Performance and Payment Bonds are required (or cashier's check for 5% of Bid). <br />(b) Statement of Bidder's Qualifications. <br />8.
