SUMMARY OF COMMENTS (written b surve <br />Y y participants) <br />Anyone who rated the quality of service "poor" in the 6A-M, 7A and <br />7B, and 8,9, 10 groups and subgroups were asked to explain how <br />the city could improve the service. <br />There were a wide range of suggestions with many repeats. <br />Generally the comments were wise and insightful.
