Since that time staff has promoted the new policies and <br />solicited applications through Council Members, the city website, committee meetings, <br />civic club presentations, radio ads, and radio interviews. As a reminder, the new process <br />will synchronize all appointments to one date (as opposed to s for two oneyear <br />times a year).
