ARK-TEX COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS <br />Appointed for one (1) year, or until disqualified to serve and successor is appointed; <br />Mayor recommends & Council appoints according to ATCOG By-Laws; City Council <br />can recommend to the Board of Directors of Ark-Tex a person for appointment to the <br />Executive Committee. <br />Adopts an annual budget, fixes the dues for member governmental units, and reviews, approves, and <br />adopts all policy documents. The Executive Committee is responsible for the implementation of <br />policies established by the Board.
