<br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) be, <br />and the same is hereby, established on LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 1, PINE BLUFF ADDITION, <br />on property belonging to MABLE MAXINE COOPER, so as to include in such PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) the hereinafter <br />described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO-FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br />DISTRICT - COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) be, and the same are hereby, <br />established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, being Lots 8 <br />and 9, Block 1 of the Pine Bluff Place Addition, according to plat of such addition <br />recorded in Volume 1, Page 12, Lamar County Plat Records, being the same <br />property described in deed from Dick Wright to Rufus Harp dated May 23, 1983, <br />recorded in Volume 657, Page 624, Lamar County Deed Records, reference being <br />made to all the above-mentioned instruments and records for all necessary <br />purposes, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />Lot 8: <br />BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 1 of the Pine Bluff <br />Addition; <br />THENCE North a distance of 115 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot; <br />THENCE West a distance of 63 feet to the northwest corner of said lot; <br />THENCE South a distance of 115 feet to the southwest corner of said lot; <br />THENCE East a distance of 63 feet to the place of beginning, being located <br />in the 1400 block of E. Price Street. <br /> <br />Lot 9: <br />BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 1 of the Pine Bluff <br />Addition; <br />THENCE North a distance of 115 feet to the northwest corner of said lot; <br />THENCE East a distance of 50 feet to the northeast corner of said lot; <br />THENCE South a distance of 115 feet to the southeast corner of said lot; <br />THENCE West a distance of 50 feet to the place of beginning, being <br />located in the 1400 block of E. Price Street. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and <br />each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall <br />constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br />
