ORDINANCE NO. 2002-017 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 94-016, WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN FOR LOT 13-A, CITY BLOCK 259; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 1, 2002. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has previously adopted Ordinance No. 94-016 on April 11, 1994, establishing a Planned Development District - Retail Shopping Center (pD-a) on Lot 13, City Block 259, as described in the aforesaid ordinance; and, WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 94-016 provided for the subsequent filing with and approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council of site plans for said Planned Development District as a condition of future development of said property; and, WHEREAS, a site plan has been filed as required for development on Lot 13-A, a portion of the original Lot 13, and the City Council desires to approve the site plan for said Planned Development District as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That the site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lot 13-A, City Block 259, being number 520 N. Collegiate Drive, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed to the extent of said conflict only. Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective on May 1, 2002. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2002.
