<br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br />presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said <br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits ofthe City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part of the Enoch Crow Survey #208, and being a part of <br />a 25.458 acre tract of land conveyed H. Allan Tallant by deed recorded in Volume <br />699, Page 421 of the Deed Records of said County and State, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: . <br />BEGINNING at an iron pin (f) for comer at the most southerly southeast <br />comer of said 25.458 acre tract; <br />THENCE South 89 Deg. 36 Min. West along the north boundary line of Pine <br />Mill Road a distance of 213.7 feet to a post (f) for comer at the most southerly <br />southwest comer of said 25.458 acre tract; <br />THENCE North 1 Deg. 01 Min. East along a fence a distance of375.8 feet <br />to an iron pin (s) for comer at an el comer of said 25.458 acre tract; <br />THENCE South 89 Deg. 28 Min. West along a fence a distance of 151.6 feet <br />to an iron pin (s) for comer at the most westerly southwest comer of said 25.458 acre <br />tract; <br />THENCE North 0 Deg. 45 Min. East along a fence a distance of385.4 feet <br />to a post (f) for comer, said point being 0.2 feet west of an iron pin (s); <br />THENCE South 88 Deg. 54 Min. East along a chain link fence a distance of <br />493.5 feet to a point for comer, said point being 0.4 feet east of a chain link comer <br />post; <br />THENCE South 0 Deg. 07 Min. West along a chain link fence a distance of <br />373.2 feet to an iron pin (f) for comer at a southeast comer of said 25.458 acre tract; <br />THENCE South 89 Deg. 51 Min. West along a fence a distance of 150.1 feet <br />to a post (f) for comer at an el comer of said 25.458 acre tract; <br />THENCE South 1 Deg. 41 Min. East along a fence a distance of375.2 feet <br />to the place of beginning and containing 6.076 acres ofland, and being located in the <br />4100 block of Pine Mill Road. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed <br />to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each <br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and <br />be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br />
