Evaluate current meter reading and billing <br />processes for efficiency and service level to <br />customers. <br /> <br />* Summarize the above analysis and suggest <br />recommended actions for improvement in metering <br />and billing activities. <br /> <br />Project Execution <br /> <br />Location of Work Effort <br />The Carter & Burgess Team will perform all of the work for <br />this project in the Dallas office or in the City of Paris. <br /> <br />Project Staffing <br />The individuals identified on the organization chart ore <br />current employees of Carter & Burgess and Severn Trent <br />Pipeline Services, and they are supported by an additional <br />340 people in the Carter & Burgess Dallas office. <br /> <br />City of Paris <br />Participation <br />Carter & Burgess believes that having clients participate <br />actively in projects is beneficial to the client. One ofthe best <br />ways to have clients participate is to conduct periodic <br />workshops on specific topics. For this particular project, <br />three or four workshops can be conducted. Each workshop <br />would be three to five hours in length and could be conducted <br />in either Paris or Dallas. Possible workshop topics include: <br /> <br />* Review of meter calibration results <br /> <br />* Evaluation of billing software- <br />results and recommendations <br /> <br />* Leakage in the system - results and discussion <br /> <br />* Study recommendations and conclusions <br /> <br />Carter ::Burgess <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />
