Ordinance No. 2001-013, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris on March 12, 2001; THENCE South 510 05' 37" West with said north line and along the existing Paris city limit line as described in said Ordinance No. 200 1-0 13 a distance of 70.13 feet to an iron pin found at the northwest corner of said Lot 8, in the north line of Darnell Drive and in a curve to the right having a radius of 384.25 feet; THENCE Westerly with said existing Paris city limit line and said north line and curve to the right, long chord bears North 720 32' West a distance of2.36 feet, an arc distance of 2.36 feet to an iron pin found for corner; THENCE South 170 33' 30" West with the west line of The Hills No.1 and said existing Paris city limit line, at 50.00 feet passing the northwest corner of Lot 10, Block C, continuing in all a distance of 241.89 feet to an iron pin found at the southwest corner of said Lot 10; THENCE South 560 53' 12" East with the south line of The Hills No.1 and said existing City limit line a distance of 256.24 feet to an iron pin found at the most southerly corner of Lot 9, Block C, and in the north line of a tract of land conveyed to Steven G. Shoemake by deed recorded in Volume 1047, Page 221 of the Lamar County Real Property Records; THENCE South 490 10' 30" West with the north line of said Shoemake tract, at 226.34 feet passing the northwest corner of the Shoemake tract and northeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Charles Tonne by deed recorded in Volume 1023, Page 190 of the Lamar County Real Properly Records, continuing in all a distance of 518.17 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE North 51044' 25" West a distance of 502.23 feet to an iron pin set for corner in the southeast line of proposed Abby Lane; THENCE South 450 38' 18" West with said southeast line a distance of 498.87 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE South 58000' 48" East, at 408.98 feet passing the northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Norman Montgomery, Jr. by deed recorded in Volume 1073, Page 333, continuing with the southwest line of said Montgomery tract in all a distance of 1201.37 feet to an iron pin found in the northwest line of F.M. Highway 195 at the southwest corner of the Montgomery tract; THENCE South 420 23' 33" West with said northwest line a distance of 20.33 feet to the place of beginning and containing 14.310 (called 14.526) acres of land, more or less, be, and the same is hereby, granted.
