Wright, Director of Community Development <br />SUBJECT: Revisions to the Future Land Use Plan Map <br />DATE: July 28, 2008 <br />The following proposed revision to the Future Land Use Plan Map will be presented at the <br />August 4, 2008, meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the August 11, 2008, meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Paris for consideration: <br />A. That the future land use recommended for the property located on Lot 3, City Block <br />305, being located in the 2000 block of W. Campbell Street, be changed from Low <br />Density Residential to Light Industrial. At their June meeting, the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approved a zoning change request on this property from a One <br />Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) to a Light Industrial District (LI); therefore, <br />it is appropriate that the Future Land Use Plan Map of the Comprehensive Plan be <br />revised prior to final approval of the zoning change. <br />cc: City Attorney's Office <br />_ (?O(1151 <br />
