M E M 0 R A N D U M
TO: Chairman and Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission
Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council
FROM: Lisa A. Wright, Director of Community Development
SUBJECT: Revisions to the Future Land Use Plan Map
DATE: July 28, 2008
The following proposed revision to the Future Land Use Plan Map will be presented at the
August 4, 2008, meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the August 11, 2008, meeting
of the City Council of the City of Paris for consideration:
A. That the future land use recommended for the property located on Lot 5, City Block
305, being number 2110 W. Campbell Street, be changed from Low Density
Residential to Light Industrial. At their June meeting, the Planning and Zoning
Commission approved a zoning change request on this property from a One Family
Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) to a Light Industrial District (LI); therefore, it is
appropriate that the Future Land Use Plan Map of the Comprehensive Plan be revised
prior to final approval of the zoning change.
cc: City Attorney's Office
. 000147
