Wright, Director of Community Development <br />SUBJECT: Zoning Change Requests <br />DATE: July 28, 2008 <br />The following zoning change request will be presented at the August 4, 2008, meeting of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission and the August 11, 2008, meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Paris for consideration: <br />John and Laura Jones are requesting that the property located on Lot 3, City Block 254, being <br />number 2152 Clarksville Street, be rezoned from a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F) to a <br />Neighborhood Service District (NS). The Comprehensive Plan recommends that this <br />property be zoned Retail, and N S zoning would not be in conflict with this recommendation. <br />cc: City Attorney's Office <br />- 000209 <br />
