AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING A REVISED SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT- COMMERCIAL CENTER (PD-a1), PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY THE ENACTMENT OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2007-013, BEING PART OF LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 381, NOW BEING LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK A OF THE KHUSHI & ESHA ADDITION 318, LOCATED AT 3025 NE LOOP 286, PARIS, TEXAS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on July 9, 2007, the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas enacted Ordinance No. 2007-013, establishing a Planned Development District-Retail Commercial Center (PD-a1) on Part of Lot 7 City Block 381, now being Lots 1 and 2, Block A of the Khushi & Esha Addition 3181ocated at 3025 NE Loop 286, Paris, Texas as described in the aforesaid ordinance (hereinafter the "Property"); and, WHEREAS, on May 12, 2008, the City Council approved an Amended Site Plan for the Property in connection with Sagestar Holdings Ltd's plans to build a Holiday Inn Express and Comfort Suites on the Property; and, WHEREAS, on August 4, 2008 Paris Hotels LLC, successor to Sagestar Holdings Ltd, filed a Revised Site Plan as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto which has been reviewed by the City Engineer and Community Development Director and is hereby submitted to City Council for approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That the revised site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Khushi & Esha Addition 318, located at 3025 NE Loop 286, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be and the same is hereby, approved. Section 3. All provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, and all other provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris not in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect. Section 4. The repeal of any ordinance or part of ordinances affected by the enactment of this ordinance shall not be construed as abandoning any action now pending under or by virtue of such ordinance or as discontinuing, abating, modifying, or altering any - 000213
