The measurement for stacking <br />shall be measured from the last point of ultimate service to the <br />end of the stacking lane. <br />Sec.10-113. Off-street loading requirements. <br />Loading requirements. Each development is required to detail where <br />loading will occur and the type of vehicle servicing each specific use. The <br />location and design of loading areas shall conform to the following standards: <br />(1) Paving standards. The surface of all open off-street loading <br />spaces shall conform at a minimum to the requirements for <br />off-street parking areas. <br />(2) Design of loading areas. All off-street loading spaces shall <br />comply with the following design requirements: <br />a. No loading space shall be located closer than 50 feet to any lot <br />zoned for residential use unless such space is located wholly <br />within a completely enclosed building or unless enclosed on <br />all sides by a solid wall not less than eight (8) feet in height. <br />Page 15 of 17 <br />0 000242 <br />
