Deliberate and act on first reading on an ordinance repealing Article II of Chapter 22, adopting a new Article II entitled Regulations for Special Vehicles to Chapter 22, adopting new regulations for the parking and storage of special vehicles including but not limited to: motor homes, buses, travel trailers, camper trailers, camper shells, utility trailers, horse or livestock trailers, fifth wheel trailers, boats, golf carts, all terrain vehicles, utility vehicles or other similar vehicles. 13.Deliberate and act on appointment of an auditor to conduct the Independent Annual Audit as required by Section 35 of the Charter of the City of Paris for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2008. 14.Deliberate and act on a resolution authorizing an Interlocal Agreement with North Lamar Independent School District for provision of School Resource Officer Services, and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. 15.Deliberate and act on a resolution authorizing an Interlocal Agreement with Paris Independent School District for provision of School Resource Officer Services, and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. 16.Deliberate and act on a resolution approving the proposal of Hayter Engineering to provide engineering services for plans and specifications for water, sewer and roadway replacement projects, and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. 17.Deliberate and act on a resolution authorizing the procurement of easements for the West Washington Sewer Line Replacement Project located in the 700 block of West Washington Street area. 18.Deliberate and act on a resolution approving the bid and awarding the contract for the Trail de Paris 0.8 Mile Extension Project to the lowest responsible bidder, and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents.
