Franchise Fees to be <br />assessed solely to customers within the municipal limits. This does not apply to Environs customers. <br />Monthly Adjustment <br />Company will adjust Customer's bill each month in an amount equal to the municipal franchise fees <br />payable for the Gas Service provided to Customer by Company. Municipal franchise fees are determined <br />by each municipality's franchise ordinance. Each municipality's franchise ordinance will specify the <br />percentage and applicability of franchise fees. <br />From time to time, Company will make further adjustments to Customer's bill to account for any over- or <br />under-recovery of municipal franchise fees by Company. <br />Issued By: David J.
