(3) Number of stacking spaces. The measurement for stacking <br />shall be measured from the last point of ultimate service to the <br />end of the stacking lane. <br />Sec. 10 -113. Off- street loading requirements. <br />Loading requirements. Each development is required to detail where <br />loading will occur and the type of vehicle servicing each specific use. The <br />location and design of loading areas shall conform to the following standards: <br />(1) Paving standards. The surface of all open off - street loading <br />spaces shall conform at a minimum to the requirements for <br />off - street parking areas. <br />(2) Design of loading areas. All off - street loading spaces shall <br />comply with the following design requirements: <br />a. No loading space shall be located closer than 50 feet to any lot <br />zoned for residential use unless such space is located wholly <br />within a completely enclosed building or unless enclosed on <br />all sides by a solid wall not less than eight (8) feet in height. <br />b. No off - street loading space shall be located within the <br />right -of -way of a public street. Any loading dock or door <br />shall be set back far enough from the right -of -way so that no <br />Page 15 of 17 <br />
