Use Type <br />Parkin <br />Eight parking spaces for each classroom, plus one <br />parking space for each four seats in the main <br />auditorium. The <br />School, junior high or middle <br />umber of parking spaces required for stadiums or <br />facilities used jointly by the public outside of regular <br />school hours may be reduced by the number of <br />paces provided on site for use during regular school <br />ours. <br />Studio, television or radio <br />1 space per 300 square feet of floors ace, <br />Transportation-related uses <br />To be determined by the city engineer. <br />One parking space for each 10,000 square feet of site <br />Truck stops <br />area, plus one vehicle space for each 200 square feet <br />of building area. <br />Utility and public service uses <br />To be determined by the city engineer. <br />One parking space for each 300 square feet of floor <br />Veterinarian clinic <br />ace. <br />Warehouse type uses <br />One parking space for each 4,000 square feet. <br />(b) Parking requirements for properties located within the Main Street <br />District as established by the City and which, because of the lack of available <br />space either on the premises being constructed or altered or in the <br />reasonable vicinity of the premises being constructed or altered, cannot <br />comply with the requirements of this section shall be determined by the <br />building official on a case -by -cases basis. <br />(c) The parking space requirement for a use not specifically mentioned <br />herein shall be the same as required for a use of similar nature. <br />Sec. 10 -104. Special off - street parking regulations. <br />(a) Wherever a lot or tract is used for off - street parking of motor vehicles <br />in connection with an office, retail, commercial, or industrial use and is <br />adjacent to a residentially zoned district or a property used for residential <br />purposes, no parking may be provided beyond the front setback line of the <br />adjacent property.
